You can add this CSS in your stylesheet:
.eael-post-grid .eael-entry-wrapper {
height: 800px;
}
Change this 800px value as per your requirement/height.

We have an option to resize the image in the Widget Settings. Have a look: https://d.pr/i/Paa14B
SO you can remove the previous CSS that I provided you and use the Image Size setting from the widget.
