Overlay color Apply a background overlay

    Hi all.
    I am trying to find out how to apply an overly colour on an image so it is darker – or lighter so the text on top can be read. I have been playing and playing and the option seems to be there but I can not get it to do anything. Cleared cashe and so on.
    Tried with and image module and with a pre built section from the Sections for an introduction that already have an image.

    Hello,

    Yes you can use either a prebuilt section that uses an overlay color, and mofidy it. Or create a new section and add a background with overlay to it.
    If this doesn’t work, it means that there’s a problem specific to your website, like for example a conflict with a third party plugin or theme. In this case you’ll want to follow the troubleshooting steps listed on this topic : https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/nimble-builder/
