    Hello
    We are using the sendgrid API to send emails.
    But, when receiving an email the sender is:
    cellocatorsite@gmail.com on behalf of Cellocator <marketing@cellocator.com>

    We don’t want the gmail to show, and I don’t know where it was configured.
    When sending a test with postman I see the gmail address in there:

    [X-Mailer] => Postman SMTP 1.7.2 for WordPress (https://wordpress.org/plugins/postman-smtp/)
                [Content-Type] => multipart/alternative
                [Sender] => cellocatorsite@gmail.com

    Why is the Sender that email and not “Marketing@cellocator.com”?

    Thanks
    Dan

  • Hi Dan,

    Sounds like the SendGrid API hasn’t taken properly and it is still going over the Google API. Can you paste your diagnostics log here too please?

    Kind Regards,
    Tim
