    Hello everybody,

I am not an experienced WP user so forgive me and help me please.

I am building a website with a Porto Theme plus Woocommerce.
    My problem is the following:

When a new customer register to our website he/she is directly logged into his/her newly created account.

I set up (with Sendinblue) an automatic e-mail (triggered by the registration) to make the customer verify his/her identity. Everything works but, as I said, the customer is directly logged in his/her page no matter if he/she verifies through email link his identity or not.

I’d like to allow access only after email verification.

Hope I was clear and thank you in advance.

    Hi there!

While that’s possible, you’ll need a developer to customise a solution for you. I’ll leave this thread open to see if there are other community members who may be able to offer you some help. If there isn’t, you’ll want to look for a developer: https://woocommerce.com/customizations

Hope that helps. Have a wonderful day ahead!
