[Plugin: Easy Comment Uploads]

I have installed Easy Comment Uploads on shackn.com . For some reason, now I cannot actually submit a comment at all on any of the posts pages – it always just says “There was an error uploading the file, please try again” whenever I don’t upload a photo, or if do upload a photo, each time I hit the “Submit” button it just uploads the image, over and over, without ever allowing me to actually submit the comment.

Any ideas what the problem might be?
