Premium active but missing premium features

    Hey there!

    I’ve purchased the premium version a few month ago and was totally happy with it. Now as I wanted to edit something and add some new gallerys, I cant use the premium features anymore. Was this caused by an update?
    In the “Add-Ons” Tab it shows the Premium features as active, but in the editing window I cant use the features I already used.
    I’ve even tried it on another wordpress page to check out whats the fault, but its still not working.

    Sorry, for some delay with reply.

    If you update gallery to the latest version 3+, Please make sure That you have latest version of the key.

    Just login to the member place section and re-download latest gallery key. Install it in admin section.

    For pro or commercial product support please contact the developer directly on their site. This includes any pre-sales topics as well.

    As the developer is aware, commercial products are not supported in these forums. I am sure they will have no problem supporting you there.
