    Hello,
I am new to the plugin and I installed it in order to run a php cron job. When I follow the instructions to where I should see “Event – Add PHP Cron Event”, I can’t see the option. button or tab. I have deleted and reinstalled the plugin but still the same. Please forgive me if this has been discussed before as I can’t find that thread.
I would appreciate any assistance with this.
    Thank you.

Does your user account have permission to edit files? For example via the plugin editor or the theme editor?

The ability to create and edit PHP cron events is directly tied to this permission for security reasons. There’s some more info in the FAQ about this.

Also it looks like the instructions are out of date. The “Add PHP Cron Event” tab has been replaced by the “Add New” button on this screen, and from there you can choose to add a regular cron event or a PHP cron event.

Where exactly should this “Add New” button be?

Click the “Add New” button on the Cron Events screen, and from there you can choose to add a regular cron event or a PHP cron event.

If the option to add a PHP event doesn’t show up for you, take a look at the plugin FAQ where there’s some helpful information about this.

Oh it’s up there. Thanks. There was no way to see that.
