Hello, I was reviewing the log file for the backup set. I see in the log multiple entries that look like this:

0054.472 (0) Skipping table (lacks our prefix (wp_)): wpstg0_mailpoet_custom_fields

Is this something to be concerned about? Are these plugin files or data not being backed up? If that’s the case how do I get UpDraftPus to include these tables in the backup?
    – Thank you –

    Hi,

Please could you send us a copy of the full backup log?
This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab.
The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.

    Hi Dale,

    Apologies for the delay.

It appears that those tables are not from the same WP install – it has a different database table prefix as your WP install so it is being skipped.

    Best Wishes,

Hi Bryle, That is odd since that plug-in was installed just recently through the WordPress dashboard.

Hi Bryle, Thanks for the lead regarding being a different install – I found that these tables were left over from a staging site that did not get cleaned up.
    Thank you, Dale
