Page Builder Not Working Anymore

Recently when we have gone onto the WordPress dashboard, we have been unable to edit the content of our pages. We will go to All Pages and proceed to click on edit for a certain page, which takes us to the page builder like it should, but when we try to edit a specific element by clicking on the orange gear no screen pops up with the element content to be edited. We have tried updating PHP, updating plugins and themes, as well as deactivating all plugins, but nothing has worked. WordPress is also up-to-date. I am unaware of when exactly the issue started or what action caused the issue as well. Any insights would be greatly appreciated!
