Custom Menu Not wroking

    Hi there i have installed custom menu plugin to add some custom menu links in dashboard but first of its not showing all the menu items in menu manager to change the name and secondly if one item is show when I change the name and update icon then after that when I try to update the second option its over ride the first menu I have changed so bit issue in that.
