Activation Code Issue

I am having an issue with the Neve Pro Plugin. It randomly began asking me for the activation code, but when i click the link to go to the plugin settings the entire screen is blank except for the rectangular formatting boxes. I have tried reverting, installing an older plugin, and reinstalling the latest. None of it has fixed the issue.
Submitted twice to contact us, but no response.
