Hi there,

i am working on a clean new shop page. I pretty much duplicated our old shop and for some reasons the PDF file from a label is not created?!

On our “old” shop it is working perfectly.

The new shop runs under the newest version of Word Press, WooCommerce and DHL for WooCommerce.

Any ideas how to fix that?

All the settings are exactly the same.

Do you get an error you can send over or can you not download the label?

This was quick 😉

The label is created and i can click on the tracking link from DHL. This is woking fine.

The moment I want to download the label, the files that is beeing downloaded says “error, no file”

Please trying saving the permalinks again and verify if this issue is fixed, under “settings->permalink”.
