    At the end of the purchase, he thinks for several minutes before going to the thank you page, it happens with the apgo gateways integrated into woocommerce (bank transfer, apgo conc heque ..). I have disabled all the plugins, I have tried the default theme, but the problem continues. Did you know what could it be? it may take about 3 or 4 minutes until the thank you page finally loads

    Hi there!

    I would be very curious to hear if the same problem exists when using a different payment gateway – it sounds like that’s where the problem lies! Can you tell us what happens when you use the Bank Transfer gateway that is included in WooCommerce by default?

    Thanks for your quick response.

    When I use the bank transfer payment gateway that is included by default when clicking on the finalize purchase button, he thinks for a while, 2 or 3 minutes, sometime even more, before going to the confirmation page. After 2 or 3 minutes you already show the thank you page and register your order. With other gateways such as paypal or the bank’s POS, the same does not happen, it quickly redirects to the external gateway and when confirming the payment, it returns without problem to the thank you page.

    Can you please send us a copy of your SSR after deactivating plugins and switching to the default theme you were using previously?

    Sorry, that was super unclear of me! I’m referring to the System Status Report, which you can find under WP Admin > WooCommerce > Status > Get system report > Copy for support.
