WordPress buttons not working

Hello, I am having problems since a few days with the widgets in my wordpress. They won’t move or click also the Screen Options button won’t open. Now I go post an entry and I can’t do anything but type. Not save, nor put images, the custom text panel is gone. Anything I have to click, won’t work unless it loads another page. The problem started since the update I gave. And it’s the same in all browsers, cleaned cache, checked the java, all is good. But it won’t work at all.
