delete_account_text not translatable

    hi,
    i’m nearly done with the implemantion of ultimate member on my site. just found out that the string in “Ultimate Member -> Settings -> General -> Account deletion Custom Text” is not translatable. i’m using WPML and tried using the string translation which unfortunately does also not work.
    any idea how to translate the delete_account_text?

    How do you translate the site? Is it with a translate plugin or do you manually translate it with a translation file?

    I’m using the Plugin WPML. I have already tried to use the WPML String translation which unfortunately does not work.
    How should i translate the dynamic Account deletion Custom Text?

    it is just the “Account deletion Custom Text”. all other values are translated correctly.

    I found the text “Account Deletion without password Custom Text”,
    which is the text for the second textbox on the admin page
    wp-admin/admin.php?page=um_options&section=account
    and there is no translation in my language file

    The text is probably updated by UM, without synchronizing all the language files. This action seems to be excluded from free support by UM, when updating their English texts. You have to synchronize all involved language files incl en_US and including your own language file.

    I use Loco translate, but synchronizing command should be the same for your tool.

    Edit:
    I now found your English text at the first text box on the page.
    My language file has a translation.

    The translation problem should be the same, a missing synchronization, if you can’t find an English text.
