    Hi,

I have the WordPress Simple PayPal Shopping Cart plugin installed along with Simple Cart Customer Input addon on WordPress 5.6. I have smart checkout enabled and standard checkout disabled on a page.

There have been a few cases where users had some issue and were charged 2-3 times by PayPal. Does the plugin not block these duplicate transactions with an ID? Trying to figure out where the issue is and how to fix this problem.

    Thanks

Check to make sure there is no cache issue in the shopping cart page.

I don’t have any cache system installed.

Also when there are duplicate payments, the simple cart plugin records only one transaction in WordPress.

Hi, I suspect the customers did not complete the first transaction and clicked on the buy now button more than once. Please enable debug mode and next time it happens again, check the log file. Report back with any findings.

    Thank you
