Hi there! 👋
It seems that the issues that you are seeing on your mobile are due to the styling of your theme. You can confirm that by temporarily switching to Storefront Theme to see if that resolves the issue.
If it does resolve the issue, then refer to the support docs of your current theme in case there is a setting that controls that behavior, or reaches out to your theme’s developers for a solution.
Let us know how it goes! 🙂
Hi gabrielfuentes,
Thanks for your response. I switched to estore and checked and have the exact same issues:
1. The sale price (in light blue) is still being overlapped by “€22.00”: https://snipboard.io/HqbDj0.jpg
2. Text overlaps above “billing details” in Cart: https://snipboard.io/0Sh8Wr.jpg
3. Text overlaps above “subscribe to newsletter” in Cart: https://snipboard.io/7ih3Pd.jpg
4. Discount coupons on vendor profile look messed up. As seen here: https://snipboard.io/KNVaYc.jpg
So this does not seem like a theme issue? How would I be able to fix this then?
Best,
Chris

Hi Chris! 👋
Perfect! At first glance, it seems that there is a plugin that is overriding the stylesheet of your site and causing this issue.
Firstly, let’s check if this issue is recurring with only the WooCommerce plugin and Storefront theme activated and that it isn’t caused by a conflict with your theme or with another plugin.
To do this, please follow the steps bellow:
- Temporarily switch your theme to Storefront
- Disable all plugins except for WooCommerce
- Repeat the action that is causing the problem
If you’re not seeing the same problem after completing the conflict test, then you know the problem was with the plugins and/or theme you deactivated. To figure out which plugin is causing the problem, reactivate your other plugins one by one, testing after each, until you find the one causing conflict. You can find a more detailed explanation on how to do a conflict test here.
Before you start
- First, please make sure you have a good backup in place of your full site and database. Most hosting companies have this included in the subscription, but you could also consider using a service like Jetpack. If something goes wrong, it’s nice to know that you can restore your site.
- Second, I would suggest installing a plugin called Health Check & Troubleshooting. This is a plugin developed by the WordPress community and it allows you to disable plugins without affecting your current site visitors.
Let us know how it goes 🙂
Hi @gabrielfuentes
So this is what I found:
It seems that Elementor may be causing the issue, so I disabled it and saw the following:
Results:
1. The sale price (in light blue) is still being overlapped by “€22.00”: https://snipboard.io/HqbDj0.jpg <—— can’t check
RESULT: Created by Elementor, therefore could not check it as Elementor was disabled.
2. Text overlaps above “billing details” in Cart: https://snipboard.io/0Sh8Wr.jpg RESULT: fixed.
3. Text overlaps above “subscribe to newsletter” in Cart: https://snipboard.io/7ih3Pd.jpg
RESULT: This feature seems to only show up when Elementor, therefore could not check.
4. Discount coupons on vendor profile look messed up. As seen here: https://snipboard.io/KNVaYc.jpg
RESULT: Slightly better but coupons still are different sizes
Best,
Chris

Hi Chris! 👋
Thanks for sharing the results with us. It sounds like this issue is directly related to the Elementor plugin.
So in this case, I would like to recommend you to contact Elementor support team so that they can help you with this issue. Here is the link to their support forum:
https://wordpress.org/support/plugin/elementor/
Please kindly note that this particular forum is for questions that are directly related to the features and functionality of the free WooCommerce plugin. While we’re experts on our own products, third party plugins are best supported by their own resp. developers (and more importantly, I’d rather not give you any incorrect information).
I hope this helps. 🙂
Hi @pleazo,
Just a heads up, I’ll be marking this thread as resolved since you’ll be getting support directly from Elementor.
If you have further questions about WooCommerce, please feel free to open a new topic.
Thanks.
