Not sure I understand correctly your question but:
1. You can’t make the product archive to be boxed (only the single product page)
2. Please see this video and you will better understand how to make the single product page full width (not boxed).

But you could achieve that with a page builder.
but if do this i can’t have your layout feature : sidebar, grid layout…, isn’t ?
Yes, that’s right, that page won’t contain the theme sidebar.
But to be honest I don’t understand why would you make the archive page to be full width + sidebar, that won’t look nice at all (just my opinion).
Maybe you could describe more detailed your use case or even show a real life example of what you are trying to achieve.
