Looking at the latest version of the free WooCommere Google Analytics Integration GA4 support was added in v1.5.0 of the plugin.

Hi there, I have configured the plugin “WooCommerce Google Analytics Integration”.
I have checked the:
Use the global site tag The global site tag provides streamlined tagging for Google’s site measurement, conversion tracking and remarketing products. This must be enabled to use a measurement ID from Google Analytics 4 (e.g. G-XXXXX)
In Universal Analytics this was sufficient to see revenue in Google Analytics. This is what I want in Google Analytics 4.

Including the Global Site tag is all that is needed. Make sure to update the ID with the new ID starting with G- as described here:
