    I do not experience the problem, but the client sent me a picture, in which only a green circle is seen without the symbol/icon inside

    Hi!

    Some CSS optimizers can break some advanced rules of our styles. If you are using an optimizer and styles has bugs try to exclude joinchat.min.css file from minification.
