hi is there a plugin that let my site automatically build a site for each visitor when they want

No plugin needed if you have installed WordPress as a multisite.
sorry maybe there is misunderstanding I want to generate profiles for clients depending on their accounts or information automatically
That sounds like something you will have to write yourself.
