does anyone has any idea if a plugin exists which takes some or all comments made on other pages and puts them into a window, which i want to place on my first page and the comments shown will be automatically changing in time?

i have been searching and did not find anything.
does anyone has any idea if a plugin exists which takes some or all comments made on other pages and puts them into a window, which i want to place on my first page and the comments shown will be automatically changing in time?
