[Plugin: Job Manager] Install Problem

Hi when I install this plugin I get the error:
Fatal error: Call to undefined function register_post_type() in /home/flexfina/public_html/local-loans.co.uk/wp-content/plugins/job-manager/jobman-functions.php on line 62Any ideas?
I am using WP 2.9.1.
