Order Subtotal doesn’t work using multi-currency

    Dear Support team,

    We found out, that the order subtotal is triggered when it match the value set, undependently of the currency. Other value seems to works but for the order subtotal, it doesn’t work. Do you have a fix or plan to fix it.

    Example: our site is in Japanese yen by default, and we set a shipping method only available below 5000yens (around 50$). But it’s doesn’t trigger until we hit 5000$ !!!

    Hello Alexis,

    Handling different currencies is out of the scope of this plugin. It’s a job for other plugins.

    Since it’s not feasible to integrate every WordPress plugin with every other, the common approach for multi-currency plugins is to handle everything transparently to the other parts of the system.

    As far as I know, most currency switcher plugins convert prices back to the shop base currency under the hood. That makes them compatible with other plugins that know nothing about currency conversion, including WBS.

    It might worth checking for another currency switcher plugin — plenty of those available.
