Whats WP update IP ?

    When I click DASHBOARD, it says “RSS Error: WP HTTP Error: couldn’t connect to host” on INCOMING LINKS section.

    When I try to update plugin, it says:
    Download failed. Could not create Temporary file

    Also, it doesnt show that there is 2.9.2 update.

    As far as I understand, this is because my hosting provider has blocked some outgoing connections. I have spoken to them and they say to give them IP adrresses, they will open access to them.

    So, what are those IP adrreses?
