file download manager?

Hi all,

I run a site using geodirectory.

Is there a particular file management plugin (ideally free) that is better for that environment?

I want to be able to have multiple free files which can be downloaded by anyone registered as a user on the site.

Things like pdf previews would be handy but are not essential.

Might be good to be able to limit the number of downloads a user can do per day so they don’t just spend hours downloading everything and never come back 🙂

I’d appreciate any advice for this especially from people who use such plugins on their own sites.
