issues with WpBakery Page Builder

We are facing some issues with WpBakery Page Builder.
Our wpbakery page builder is not saving changes after the last update,

We contacted portotheme support and gave us the answer below:
“I test it on the default wp theme it is not a Porto issue your wp files are manipulated that’s why it is not working on Porto too. so contact wp support forums and solve this issue when it starts working on the default theme it starts working on Porto too.”
