• Hi, Firstly i wanna thank that your plugins saved me from big troubles I was facing in dokan. thanks a million for that. My request for issue I m facing in using wcfm is order status I have created custom order status like packed, shipped, delivered etc now what I want is to restrict vendors to go back to any order status when its once updated. Like when products move from pending payment to processing it should be automatic not any kind of manual thing should be there to change after processing it should move to other order status one by one like when in processing vendor can only have the option to updated packed all other status like shipped , delivered , complete should be hidden and when it update to packed then the previous one disables and only shipped is enable and all other remain hide and it work as so on until it gets completed how can I change that kindly suggest me.

    Hi sir my order status hierarchy is
    NAME SLUG

    1. Pending payment
    slug:- pending
    2. On hold
    Slug:- on-hold
    3. Processing
    Slug:- processing
    4. Packed
    Slug:- packed
    5. Shipped
    Slug:- in-shipping
    6. Delivered
    Slug:- delivered
    7. Completed
    Slug:- completed
    8. Cancelled
    Slug:- cancelled
    9. Refunded
    Slug:- refunded
    10. Failed
    Slug:- failed

    Pending to processing I think its automatic
    Now restriction begins from processing when order is in processing stage two options shows for going back only on hold and for forward only packed option should be there.
    When in packed one option should be there shipped
    In shipped one option delivered
    In Delivered only completed
    In completed only refunded
    These restrictions I want for vendors sir.

    Thanks sir i just want to provide you some update I have insrted one new order status because our site was facing bit of COD orders issue so I have insrted the status of Re-shipped after the shipping so I this case when product is In shipped category vendor is having one another option with delivered that is Re-shipped so if the product is received by customer it will mark as delivered and process continuous as mentioned above or if not received by customer and returned to us and if he wants us to send it again then we can select reshipped after shipping so everything will be same as above but minor change in the step of shipping to delivered I m sending you layout again with slug of new also

    sir its almost 8 days from your last reply that you are making it but still not able to send me the requirements i need so i did it my self kindly you provide support for issues i m facing with shipping store invoice and others i m ultimate user used premium support but they also not responding to me on my tickets kindly help
