Hi @jngxyen it’s impossible for me to debug your error on a password protected site. It’s possible the solution would require some features in the pro version, you don’t have to buy the pro version to get those features but it would be outside of the guidelines of these support topics to discuss them here and I’m sure you don’t want to put the password to your site on an open forum. Please email me via the email available on my website and we can discuss a solution to your issue.
@rpetersen29 While I know you have the best of intentions, it’s forum policy that you not ask users for admin or server access. Users on the forums aren’t your customers, they’re your open source collaborators, and requesting that kind of access can put you and them at high risk.
If they are paying customers (such as people who bought a premium service/product from you) then by all means, direct them to your official customer support system. But in all other cases, you need to help them here on the forums.
Thankfully are other ways to get information you need:
You get the idea.
We know volunteer support is not easy, and this guideline can feel needlessly restrictive. It’s actually there to protect you as much as end users. Should their site be hacked or have any issues after you accessed it, you could be held legally liable for damages. In addition, it’s difficult for end users to know the difference between helpful developers and people with malicious intentions. Because of that, we rely on plugin developers and long-standing volunteers (like you) to help us and uphold this particular guideline.
When you help users here and in public, you also help the next person with the same problem. They’ll be able to read the debugging and solution and educate themselves. That’s how we get the next generation of developers.
@sterndata very much understood. For the record I was not asking for server or admin access. The user has password protection on the index url of their site. https://thelawyermatch.com/?password-protected=login&redirect_to=https%3A%2F%2Fthelawyermatch.com%2F

@jngxyen If you still need help you can post the source code for your website on pastebin, https://pastebin.com/, and some screenshots on imgur, https://imgur.com/ ,and provide me the link. Alternatively, if you think your issue may need some help from the pro features of the plugin, which judging from your issue i can also definitively say you may need Custom Website CSS help, you can email me via the website in my bio and we can diagnose the issue.
I think you can disregard the moderator’s comment as he seemed a bit confused about the support given here. I was merely referring to the password you have protecting your site. I would never ask you for admin access to you wordpress website.
