Stock Status Not Correct!

    Hello,

    First of all, want to thank you for your effort and time invested in this plugin, I’m testing it on one of my demo sites to see if everything works fine. I found two bugs/problems or maybe something I’m missing here.

    1- I have tried this on two simple products and one variable product, simple product current stock is 0, Atum still showing a checkmark on the stock indicator and not showing this product on the (OUT OF STOCK) tab

    The same thing goes for variable products, 3 size variations are in stock from 10 to 30 and one of them is 0 which should be marked out of stock but still showing in stock and not appearing in the OUT OF STOCK tab.

    2- I have set up a low stock threshold on woo-commerce to 2, but ATUm even tho I have 2 or 1 in stock in any item it does not show them in LOW STOCK tab.

    Hi @gentlemako

    1. Do you mean that the stock indicator are correct (shows that are out of stock), but the products aren’t showing on the Out of stock tab?
    2. FYI, we don’t use the WC’s low stock threshold for anything. We use our own formula to calculate when a product is in low stock status. Please do read this article from our documentation: https://forum.stockmanagementlabs.com/d/1978-low-stock-formula

    Hello Salva,

    Thank you for your response, The problem was the stock indicator, as well as the tab, were incorrect, I just updated my Demo site and it’s working fine now. I don’t know what was wrong but thank you for your assistance.
