Cookie exclusion using php code

    Hello, I know that is possible to add exclusions using cookies. But I have to insert this exclusion using php code in my custom plugin and not using user interface (for example in MY plugin activation code I want to add this exclusion).
    Because I want to suggest this cache plugin to my customers (that uses my plugin) ensuring them that exclusions will be set automatically!

    you cannot do it because a page is saved as a static html file when it is cached so PHP and Mysql do not work.
