Mileage/Distance charges?

Any thoughts about adding the ability to charge customers for the mileage to their address after a certain distance? Possibly different rates for different distances?

This would probably be something added onto the premium addon: Georeferencing

… or it could go on the free version but the user would have to include a Google Maps API so that it can be looked up.
