Adding a form field to a sidebar

Hi. I wish to add a form field to a default sidebar that shows the date/time, location, category, etc. I overrided the content-single-event_listing.php. The field I wish to add is Ticket Link which I already created in the form fields. Can you help me with this? Thank you.
