Search Block Issues

    I have found a number of issues with the Search Block.

    WP 5.6
    Theme 2019

    * Unable to get the input box into the centre
    * The width of the box doesn’t obey the settings (seems to be a 2019 Theme problem)
    * The svg icon in the button is set at color:black but this doesnt work with many themes that have a submit button background-color that is dark. There should be a color:white setting.
    * The button height and search box height are sometimes different.

    The box width and button height problems were related a conflict elsewhere so those can be ignored.
