I have two problems. The first is about resetting password. When I click on the link that comes to the e-mail, the following error appears: Incorrect key or key has already been used.
Problem 2.
I can’t add a shop banner or logo. Only a green background with the text E9 77 is displayed.

How can I resolve it?

Theme and plugins are updated.

Hello,

IE 9 not supported Microsoft now give free updates for browsers better to use latest updated browser.

You are using Pro version please create a ticket in our site for Pro version support.

So I did. Got a reply to update the plugins and theme. And so I did. But unfortunately it didn’t help.
