Hi,
To help us find out the cause of the issue, please could you send us a copy of the full backup log? This can be found in the UpdraftPlus Existing Backups tab. The contents will be too long to post here directly, but you can use an online service such as Dropbox or Pastebin, and post the link here.
Can you also include a screenshot of the “Backup/Restore” tab?

That is not posible, because the log-files is gone..!!
As i wrote in pre. message..!!
And if i look with my FTP – all backup files are gone…!!
Sorry dont have/use Dropbox or Pastebin

I don’t see anything wrong from the log.
May I know what is your current backup retention settings? Can you take a screenshot of the “Settings” tab too please?

I can se now..:
I Made a backupe The Jan 03, 2021 0:10
And now The Jan 12, 2021 19:00 the backup is gone (no log) it only say Restore / Delete
but there is NO files and logs
Only Dates of the 10 backup i have made (from Nov-20 to Jan-21)
I have allso check the server….NO backupfiles there.
What is happening
