What is X-DNS Prefetch.?!

Hi. I am on litespeed server using litespeed cache plugin and quic CDN. I wanted to ask what is this X-DNS prefecth?! why it is off? and if i somehow i enable it, does it improve performance (even though if its in milliseconds)?

@qtwrk Hmm right. Another issue i would like to ask. I have enabled webp from litespeed plugin but it not seems to be serving images in webp format.?! (it has been 2 days since webp is activated) Why is that.?!
