JS error converting reusable to Regular Block

    I’m not sure if this is a WordPress bug or not, just noticed it happening recently where I’m sure I had it working properly before. When pressing the “Convert to Regular Block” button it hangs with a Javascript error.

    Uncaught (in promise) TypeError: e.substr is not a function
