Added index.html Scan results

    I have added a blank index.html file to my /wp-includes folder to keep it from spying eyes.
    And now I have gotten this after a scan:
    High Severity Problems:
    * Unknown file in WordPress core: wp-includes/index.html

    Is it OK to let this keep coming up during scans, should I ignore it, or should I delete the file?
