Gutenberg not working

What’s going on with Support?
Do they not help anymore? I sent a message about a month ago and never got an answer. It’s been a while since I’ve had to ask support anything so I don’t know.
The Gutenberg editor is not working on my site.
The classic editor which I’m trying to use is also flawed.
I can not wrap text around any media. I have to work on a post all day for it to come out right.

Could someone help please? What’s up with Gutenberg?
