Updraft Central: Timeout on large updates

Hi, I was wondering what to do to resolve the following:

I have updraft central installed to manage some 6-7 sites. Works fine, with one exception:

On large updates (i.e. themes with lots of images, big plugins like wpforms), the update process hangs with a timeout error. Nonetheless, the update is done. It’s just not showing in update central. It seems that updraft central is not patient enough for the server to finish the update.

Anything to resolve this?
Anything to worry about if I just ignore it?
