Functions.php date function issue

In woocommerce i created a function to calculate when the store is not open (mondays) and it worked very well. I have installed your plugin and enabled your cache, but the script doesn’t work well. The script remains on monday, even though it is another day of the week. If I clear the cache in your plugin it works. To solve the problem should I delete the functions.php file or other files from the cache? Thanks
