    I have checked the Disable Email Summaries checkbox but the email summaries keep on coming .
    They are not needed on this particular domain and are inconvenient and annoying.
    Please help me resolve this issue.

    When the Disable Email Summaries option is checked, that should definitely stop the weekly email summaries from being sent out of your site.

    When you get the chance, can you please double-check that you have the latest version of WPForms installed on your site? Currently, the latest version is 1.6.4.

    In case you are already using the latest version, can you please provide us a screenshot of the emails that you are getting?

    We are still getting redundant email summaries.
    The plugin is at version Version 1.6.3.1 – I will update the plugin today to version 1.6.4

    Disable Email Summaries is checked . I have made a screenshot of the summary mail but there is no way to attach it to this message. I am not sure what additional info a screenshot would give you.

    It’s definitely odd that you’re still getting the email summaries even if you have the option disabled. I checked in our system if there is any existing report related to the issue you are getting but there isn’t any so it might be specific to your setup.

    When you get the chance, could you please try using the steps in WPBeginner’s detailed guide on troubleshooting WordPress to see if it helps resolve the issue?
