    Hi, I’ve already inserted the Conversion ID and Conversion Label on the Main option of the plugin setting. But on my Google Ads account, it is stated that the tag is still in an inactive status. Is it normal or is there something that I’m doing wrong? Thanks in advance.

    Hi @shahnizam

    Google Ads will only detect it after the first purchase has been done on the shop, while the plugin is running and configured properly. After that purchase it takes up to 48 hours before Google Ads will show the conversion and confirms the active status (but usually it takes just a few hours).

    Please test this and let me know if it works.

    Hye, sorry for the late reply. My tag actually working now. But recently I’ve had two purchase, yet Google Ads doesn’t detect any conversions. The tracking status now stated “No recent conversions”.

    The tracking status now stated “No recent conversions”.

    That means the pixel is firing correctly and that Google Ads is recieving the data.

    But recently I’ve had two purchase, yet Google Ads doesn’t detect any conversions.

    That means the purchases were not triggered by an ad.
