    Dear Support ,

    First , Thanks for your number one security plugin .

    Recently , I have encountered with error logs below :

      `WordPress database error Commands out of sync; you can’t run this command now for query SELECT *, CASE
      WHEN type = 3 THEN 0
      WHEN type = 4 THEN 1
      WHEN type = 7 THEN 2
      WHEN type = 6 THEN 3
      WHEN type = 5 THEN 4

      WHEN type = 2 THEN 7
      WHEN type = 1 THEN 8
      ELSE 9999
      END AS typeSort, CASE
      WHEN type = 3 THEN parameters

      WHEN type = 9 THEN IP
      WHEN type = 5 THEN IP
      WHEN type = 6 THEN IP
      WHEN type = 7 THEN IP
      WHEN type = 2 THEN IP

      FROM wp_wfblocks7 …

    And many kinds of these errors .

    If is possible , please help me to know more and solve this issue .

    Hello @theworkshop and thanks for reaching out to us!

    We have seen this issue in the past and it usually points to something with the config in the LiteSpeed server. Are you running LiteSpeed?

    Can you send a diagnostic report to wftest @ wordfence . com? You can find the link to do so at the top of the Wordfence Tools > Diagnostics page. Then click on “Send Report by Email”. Please add your forum username where indicated and respond here after you have sent it.
