Under Rank Math → Redirections, there is a button Export Settings. You can choose to export to an .htaccess file if you have your site running on an Apache server or to a Nginx config file if your server runs on Nginx. You can open this export file and then include the redirects to add them to your config file on your site.
We’d recommend reaching out to your web host so they can help you implement this is in the config file.

You may want to reach out to your web hosting provider regarding that error as this is related to your server access.
Also, note that managing redirects is only possible with Yoast SEO Premium and not Yoast SEO Free. And per forum guidelines, we are not allowed to provide support regarding premium products.
