I need a plugin for order management system which will work as a cycle, no payment window is required, it need to be just a dropdown menu for different selection and submitting the order , once the order is submitted , it will go for review to 2 managers and 2 production employee.

Will be able to know the status of the order at anytime
    Order will pass from person1 to person2 to person 3 or person4 or both (person3 & person4 )
Finally can able to search the order through the order dropdown selection.

    Please help.

The page I need help with: [log in to see the link]

  • Hi! Thanks for your question.

I wonder if Roles and Permissions would work for you? It would allow carts to be submitted for review, and different users can have different permission levels.

You could alternatively consider Advanced Catalog Mode for WooCommerce which enables you to allow only certain levels of user to put through and pay for orders.

If you can give us a little more detail, I’ll be happy to look more closely for you.

    Hi

Please don’t close this ticket for a while.

I would like know if there is any plugin which deals with “Order management”, this order management will be handled by 5 department.

I would like to explain you our work flow point wise so that you can suggest us the best module inside the odoo.

The idea is to keep the documentation work digitally available for record.

#Team A will receive letter or email or call for a product to be produced.

    #Team A will enter the order in the system (order_type_1, order_type_2, order_type_3)

    #Order_type_1 & Order_type_2 having a 2 main & 9 sub drop down & subsequent other drop down list

#Order Submitted & it will go for manager approval

#Once approved it will go for Team B for verification & to decide either this order will go to Team C or Team D or to combined Team C/Team D

#Once Team C or Team D or combined Team C & Team D completed the production , Team C & Team D acknowledge the product to be ready

#It will alert the Team B that production is completed & verification is required

#Team B or sometime Team A do the verification and considered the order to be completed

#Team A will arrange the delivery of the product through courier or in person through USB drive or DVD or FTP
