About your questions:
1. what is the payment email address for? Can it be removed?
Is an email the affiliate have to pay the commissions. it should be related with Paypal email in order you can pay.
If you want to remove it, please add the following code in the functions.php
add_filter( 'yith_wcaf_payment_email_required', '__return_false' );
2. The registration form is not working. It is simply not accepting the form.
I checked and I cannot reproduce the problem on my local installation. I checked the following and seems you have this error
An invalid form control with name=’fname’ is not focusable.
could you try to switch to a default theme like twentysixteen and try again?
3. Can i also add a “agree to terms and conditions” to the form?
Unfortunately this feature is not present on this version.

The first problem was resolved.
I dont want the form to be clubbed with the default theme form(dokan). I need it separate as the option is also there. Is there any way I can make it happen?

Hi there,
For some reason, you have part of the registration form hidden.
You can see here what we mean:

If you add the following CSS rule in Appearance > Customize > Additional CSS, you will see all the form:
.yith-wcaf-registration-form .show_if_seller {
display:block !important;
}
In this way, the affiliate will be registered if they fill in all the inputs.

I think you got me wrong. After I used the CSS, the vendor registration form came up and that asks for all the fields like shop name. So after the css, two forms came up.
I only want your form which asks for the three things. Or you can tell me how to remove some fields from this form via ftp only if it doesnt affect the actual site form.
Also if I do use the website registration form at the login page, how will I come to know which user has enrolled for affiliate and which is a regular customer?
Can I please get help for this?

The plugin is using the dokan form and that includes a lot of details. The default form in my website has been amended to remove the shop details. Kindly help.
