    Updating sequence of items in the menu is a bit random !

    If I add a new “custom link” menu item, it will only display on the right of the title bar, no matter where I position it in the menu sequence

    If I add as a subitem to an item in the left of the menu bar, it appears ok

    Also (annoyingly) the text in the navigation bar is supposed to be white (as per the site I copied from) but it stays as default

    Hi there,

    What do you mean by “title bar”? Any chance you can link us to an example?

    I would have to inspect the site to check the navigation text as well.

    Title bar – where the navigation menu appears just under the site title/tagline/logo. Apols for confusion 🙂

    It’s on localhost so not accessible over the net, I’d have to copy it somewhere or do a screenshare for you to inspect. If there’s anything I can screenshot or copy that would help pls let me know

    ps if I change the theme to say twenty twenty or twenty seventeen, the ordering appears to work ok

    It would be very helpful if you can duplicate the issue on a live install so we can try to determine the issue.
