Set Stop Words Not Working

    Hey there,

    I’ve set up Cleantalk for my client’s site that’s getting hit hard by spam. I’ve used stop words and it doesn’t stop the emails from coming in. For example, one of the words I’ve set as a stop word was SEO yet my test emails continue to come through. I set the stop word yesteray am, and it’s still coming through today.

    Hello.
    I made some test requests through your contact form with stop words from your personal list – all were blocked, including a request with the word “SEO”.
    Please, check it in your CleanTalk dashboard -> Logs -> Anti-Spam log.
    Also, I see your test requests with the stop word “SEO” being allowed. Perhaps, at the time the changes were not applied.
    Please, test it all again and contact us via https://cleantalk.org/my/support/open if you have any issue.
